Ok thanks for the reply, i thought this would be the case. I thought maybe it could be like fiddy cent’s case ( i’m pretty sure it was fiddy) where he rapped over bootlegged music and didn’t get pulled up on it until he was already famous. I’m only a small fry starting a media business to promote local businesses so i thought it might be able to go under the radar.

Thanks for chiming in man, Yes i was paid as a videographer so i guess he can do what he wants with the footage. What happens if he gives some footage to a company that uses the footage multiple times for different videos, just speaking hypothetically as this issue may arise at some point in my career. I’m presuming that if this did happen without his consent, he would be the one that could pursue legal action being the owner of the footage?

Ok thanks mate, i thought it may be like that. I don’t write contracts, so i guess he can do what he wants with it. I’m not really fussed but just looking into the topic as I’m sure this issue will come up again. Looks like i’l have to start writing up contracts.

Ok thanks, the 1080, 1070 etc are really hard to find in Australia for Mac it seems, As soon as a card says Mac pro in the description, its an extra $300 or so dollars.

Thanks guys for the info, I decided to start from scratch so i think i’l leave things as they are so i don’t stuff it up again!
I’ve managed to get as much as i had done in a few days in around 6 hours so i guess it was a test in efficiency!!
I can only look at the positives! and at least i know now how the database system works.
