Darn it! I was afraid someone might say that.

After trying everything that everyone has mentioned – that one particular font still is not showing up in FCP. I’ll have to do the photoshop thing.

I deleted all of the “avian” fonts in every fonts folder. Then I went and reinstalled. And same problem. The font shows up in the font book – it works fine in text edit, in AE, in Photoshop – but it just doesn’t show up in the list of fonts in FCP.

Anyone have ideas for me? Thanks!

No ideas at all? I can reinstall. Do I have to restart the computer after I do that? I’ve tried restarting multiple times, and opening and closing FCP – but that hasn’t helped yet.

Is there a way I can see the list of fonts that are in FCP – or is it just a link to my library/fonts file? Is there a way to refresh that link?

No, just using the text option in the viewer – right in Final Cut.

Any ideas?
