yeah i was going to buy ram when i got the upgrade last year but now im just saving up for a i7 rig, i dont have to do much editing to it so i think i can deal with it for the time being
but ill convert my fraps footage to your said format next time i do a project, and i figured as such because
i remember now i had the same problem years ago when i was editing old counterstrike fraps footage windows movie maker couldnt handle all the data and constantly crashed or lagged much to the same extent of the current veags
i have 2HDD’s my main 1TB Black i have everything on, and my 2ndary HDD is a average Blue 500gig were i keep fraps and other non escentuals on, because i have a 2ndary hdd i get better fps in games because the game loads off my main hdd and fraps records the data to my 2ndary harddrive
but sony vegas is on my main hard drive so it trying load all that data from a 2ndary hard drive might also add to the load time Hmmm
Thank you for the quick reply’s and advice.
