I am using Vegas Pro 8 and I too have the same problem any CD plays too hot.

Using a calibration file 1khz tone @ -18dbFS shows as -6dBFS.

Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?

Hi Tim,

DNxHD codec sits in a Quicktime wrapper, i don’t know of any implementations in AVI.

From PC to PC at the moment, I guess a workflow to fcp will be next 🙂
