    Im having a similar issue with A mac Pro,30″ Display,Snow leopard running CD4 11.5. But im having Kernel Panics during rendering? it happens about 5 times out of ten when rendering with Global illumination and or Ambient Occlusion. this is the first ive heard about a similar problems. Mac havnt been very helpful and Maxon isnt aware of any issues?

    Im tearing my hair out! I have taken It back for several services but has always passed hardware tests…My old mac pro ran the same software and had no problems. the only difference with my new system is a time machine back up using a 2TB External Lacie drive and a 2nd samsung monitor.

    I recently fixed a faulty memomy card and upped the ram to 8gb but had another crash today. im running out of ideas?

    Does anyone have any thoughts?
