    I don’t know why you can’t but ig you look at the error message I supplied you will see the dll that is used. It is an ac3 decoder. It says so itself.

    More over, I CAN import ace mpeg2 if it is the program stream. it is only the transport stream that is affected by the bug. Unfortunately program stream mpeg 2 video is very buggy and prone to garbaled frames and crashes.

    You have obviously never loaded a 5 minute mpeg2 file into vegas or 50 Mpeg 2 files or you would know I am right.

    iT DOES have the license and it DOES allow the importing of ac3. Ac3 has no problems in 8.0a and it had no problems with program streamed mpeg2. It DOES have a problem with transport sream mpeg2.
