Viewer I believe is normal. It was saved onto my desktop and when I click on it, it plays.

I do need to clarify one thing (I did warn everybody I was new…so please forgive me.)

The person who had sent the video to me had it labeled at MP4, yet as I load the video into After Effects it displays at the top left where the video sits

:H.264

So I am guessing this means it is already in H.264 which is still confusing me because I thought perhaps the footage was getting blurry do to a different codec.

Within the Composition box I have chosen “Square pixels” (Aspect ratio 16:9)

Full resolution 31.6 MB per 8 bpc frame.

Hopefully this is what you were asking of me.
