    Maybe it’s AE standard? Scripting is only included with Pro.

    This should work:

    zMult = 5;
    w = wiggle(3,thisComp.layer(“null”).effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”)) – value;
    value + [w[0],w[1],w[2]*zMult]

  • Try changing your first line to this:

    Scale = thisComp.layer(“ScaleUp”).effect(“Slider Control”)(“Slider”).valueAtTime(time – inPoint);

    By the way, you shouldn’t be using pixelAspect correction on height values, just width (I think).

    L = thisComp.layer(“Solid 1”);
    P = L.toWorld(L.anchorPoint);

    then P[0] gives you x and P[2} gives you z

    This seems to work:

    x = thisComp.width*thisComp.pixelAspect/(width*source.pixelAspect);
    y = thisComp.height/height;
    [x,y]*100

    % is called the modulus operator.

    It would need to be:

    w = wiggle(2,50);
    [value[0], value[1], w[2]]

    Not much simpler:

    Math.round(value/2)*2

    Or, if you don’t want it to change to 2 until it value gets to 2:

    Math.floor(value/2)*2

    I’m not clear on exactly what you’re trying to do, but if you want to retrieve a value that corresponds to a particular marker, you would get the time of that maker like this:

    t = thisComp.layer(“Cntrl Cam 002”).marker.Key(“markername001”).time;

    Then you would access the value of the property at that time like this:

    thisComp.layer(“Cntrl Cam 002”).transform.orientation.valueAtTime(t);

    Something like that.

    thisComp.numLayers

    or,

    comp(“Comp 1”).numLayers
