Basically that line does a little modulo math (divide, but only keep the remainder) to calculate where between t1 and t2 the current time should be. So it creates the looping by translating any time beyond t2 to the appropriate time between t1 and t2.

Probably like this rotation expression (you may have to add or subtract 90, depending on how you have your pointer set up):

radiansToDegrees(Math.atan2(v[1],v[0]))

I’m not sure it’s exactly right, but probably something like this:

wm = 50;
wf = 150;
R = wf/Math.SQRT2;
center = [thisComp.width,thisComp.height]/2;
r = length(position,center)
ws = linear(r,0,R,wf,wm);
