    First, I imported them using File>Import. Then I imported by XML, using auto for the settings, then tried ProRes 422. Same result all three times.

    I will check both things. No, I did not use Pro Res 422, and I am not sure of the field order. Thanks.

    Bill,

    We recorded live performances of works of art recently at a statewide salute to the arts in public schools. They would like to create a DVD of the performances, primarily for the participants and their families.

    Would it be permissible under copyright law to do that, and if so, could we charge cost recovery fees for the time/materials used, postage, etc.?

    I am confident that most, if not all of the material performed was not in the public domain.
