wouldn’t that stretch my logo’s and stuff? …is there a way to do a custom pixel aspect ratio? or somehow preview the comp in the correct ratio?

thanks everyone for your help, I managed to get it done mainly using fractal noise

unfortunately it needs to be generated with an alpha mask etc to go into another comp, so will need to be manually made.
Anyone else have some tips???

yeah thats what I thought, I think I will just go and buy the fonts, animating text is much quicker than having to animate each character(vector) as an idividual object. Thanks guys.
