Boogiesan,
Before i do something so foolish as read the freakin manual……
To go from AE to FCP and back i must render the movies unless i get this duck plugin ?
I understand that motion and shake are integrated without have to export.. is this so ?
I guess that a plugin is going to be more time effective than new software though..

As luck would have it i was making one today aswell.. hows that for coincidence..

i used the half tone effect from petes plugins to create the on off states for the score board lightbulbs and the track mattes and masks to animate logos and text.
I will certainly have a look at what myleniem suggest tho as my appraoch is fine for simple wipes and the like but would get tricky for more complicated animations…

i beleive its done with an xray lens fitted to the camera….
you can get them these days
