I captured with a program called WInDV and when i play the captured files with a media player all is fine there.( and I never had a problem with that before in many many captures) and then i put into the Vegas software I edit and all that and everything seems to be perfect there as well. Then when I got to render in NTSC DV template is where the audio sync problem arises. In other software I never had this problem but, this is bugging me about the Vegas software and trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. because the vegas software has some neat features.

It is captured from a multiples of DV cams using the Panasonic Capture Codec as i understand is slightly compressed compared to uncompressed AVI
which are even more huge than panasonic DV codec. but, anyways that was the source was and yes via firewire.
