Yep, that’s what it used to be like at an Apple booth. I remember at my first NAB I had no plan. I just showed up and before I knew it, I had wasted my whole 1st day watching all the Apple demos.

I remember when it used to be Apple and Avid across from each other with the speakers cranked and Adobe had this really small booth. Times have changed. Who knew?

Does the playhead now snap to the cut point after doing a Ripple? It’s small but it has always bugged me since leaving FCP7. It makes the most sense because after doing the trim and hitting Play Around, I want it to play around that cut and not the middle of the clip.

I was really impressed after watch this demo. This is what I thought Apple was working on before X came out but with a simpler interface.

I like the look of iTunes 11. If this is Ives’ work, then kudos to Ives. I look forward to seeing more of his interface changes.

Yeah I know Sapphire is very pricey but to me they are worth it with the onscreen controls, the speed and beauty of their effects. To each his own as they say.

Maybe it’s just me but I have never been a big Boris fan. They seem overpriced to me.
