There are so many variables that there’s no “automatic” way to do this.
I’d recommend using ColorGradingCenteral’s Color Finale Pro because it has curves and vector controls which give you far more precision than the built in color board.
Correct a shot from one camera to be the “hero” shot. Save that setting.
Grade a shot from the other camera to match. Save that setting.
This is done before you apply any looks. Most important is shot matching.
Depending on what and how shot you may need to do the above for each two camera scene.

Issues like this are often due to how YouTube’s encoders handles the complexity around certain areas which include gradients and shadows or high contrast edges. You can try uploading a ProRes file but that may not have much impact. It’s their encoder at issue. This is why some people still use paid services which allow customized cloud encoding to host their content.

It’s not Apple’s fault but given that many cameras record in Long GOP, Apple decided not to complicate things (IMHO). Hence no media manage feature.
Although I’d point out there are Intra Frame MXF codecs so not all MXF is Long GOP.
Of course what Apple could do is allow you to Optimize (make ProRes) XDCAM variants (XAVC-L for example) which it doesn’t do now.

If you could convert ALL VIDEO to ProRes then they could implement Media Management.

Although I’m concerned by

Worx4 X will not currently trim either MXF, M4A(AAC), AC3, CAF or mp3 media files, the whole file will be copied.

Since that would mean Sony cameras which use MXF aren’t trimmed.

WAV or AIFF files will not be trimmed if the preferences are set to ‘Copy audio files without losing metadata’. Please set this option on first installation.

This too. It’s why I think Apple hasn’t implemented it. I believe there are challenges to trimming certain formats without losing metadata.

I don’t get the strategy of selling plugins that don’t work properly. I believe one change from Plugin Pack to Elements is that Elements now has a separate editor like RX Standard does.

I’m still getting the warning message with no coupons present. I have RX 5 Standard.

And if you decide to upgrade (and I may) you’ll note that there’s no upgrade coupons and a warning saying there’s a problem loading them due to have traffic (in a very tiny red banner) at the top of your account page where the coupons should be.
