I was able to do it on my Mac into PP but it wasn’t intuitive at all. Sorry I can’t help how, just letting you know that at least on a mac, it’s possible. Worth noting. If you don’t keep your subscription active on projects that you haven’t clips that you’ve used MB on will be unavailable. You’ll have to remove the action from each and every clip.
