I have a very similar problem to what you described. I don’t guess you ever found a solution?

I shot and transfer 720 24p footage. A couple weeks later (p2 cards cleaned off), I have a bunch of .mov files that the audio is roughly 20% shorter than the video tracks and have popping noise.

Is it a problem with the audio or that the video still contains the extra frames? If so, how can I remove them?

Greatly appreciate any feedback or help of any kind.
