My guess is someone purchased Motion 2 for $200 upgraded to FCS 5.1 for $200 more and are trying to turn the profit. I recieved my upgrade the other day and all that you get is the 5 install DVDs. I believe selling the ugrade to FCS over ebay would be in violation of the terms of the upgrade but I could be wrong.
