FILE –> PROJECT SETTINGS –> GENERAL:

have to change the renderer to “Mercury Playback Engine Software Only”

instead of “Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration”

…fixed it. 🙂

I changed the graphic… (i know its not the same) just to clarify… but the transparency difference is still the same.
