The application files are on the MacBook’s own disk. The media files are on an external hard disk. Is there anything else you can offer besides that?

Well ☺ Yes, I know that filmic pro is really good. I just tried it in front of you, but the same problems persist. I need very serious help in this regard. I can not understand. First of all thank you for your comment. I did what you said and changed the format of the video. My CPU usage has been reduced from 300% to 200%. But this time my RAM usage has increased almost 3 times. Unfortunately I keep alive Frame drop.
