Premiere Pro is so hard to work on my MacBook!

Convert the footage you are working with to ProRes or other more friendly editing codec (DNxHD). H.264 is a tough beast to edit native, and 1080p60 H.264…that takes a LOT of system resources to decode on the fly, more than a MacBook Pro has to offer. So convert the footage to ProRes or DNxHD and edit that. You’ll notice a difference.

First of all thank you for your comment. I did what you said and changed the format of the video. My CPU usage has been reduced from 300% to 200%. But this time my RAM usage has increased almost 3 times. Unfortunately I keep alive Frame drop.

Well ☺ Yes, I know that filmic pro is really good. I just tried it in front of you, but the same problems persist. I need very serious help in this regard. I can not understand. Not even a 4k video. only 1080p! But I can not edit the edit frame droplard. I did 1080p 60FPS video recording with Filmic Pro. Then I threw him into the computer. And the video clips are kept where?

If your video is living on the same hard disk as your OS and apps, that is a recipe for unhappiness.

I notice there appears to be nothing in your list of specs about hard disks or storage.

Yes. How is the hard drive connected? What kind of hard drive? Meaning is it a single, small USB 3 drive? It might be too slow for media. Is it a higher end drive that’s faster and meant for video editing? Is it a single drive, or a RAID drive? 1080p60 does require higher end solutions, as it is a high data rate format

Despite Adobe’s self-promotion about working with all formats, I convert everything into ProRes to edit in PrP, including iphone footage. (That said, I’ve never worked with iphone 60fps, only the approximately 30fps that my old iphone generates.)
Transcoding avoids a lot of problems.
Also you can try reducing playback resolution.
