usually you need other program to compress
use sorenson squeeze
try to look it up at googles

why they use a layer? is that a displacement layer?
I wonder why not using the effect to that specific crowd movie? oh is that because they have 2 layers ? so its easier to get displacement?

and when you read carefully, I ask technical question regarding one of may steps in the
how to make a crowd video, which I missed and I dont get it until now how to do that step
1. how to crash color to remove bad key, etc?
2. regarding gradient at the legs
3. regarding the transparancy in quicktime
