Try a very simple project with no 3rd party plugins, codecs, luts, then see if that even imports successfully at all. it could be missing those, so that’s the next variable.
you may also want to try adobe cleaner to do a fresh install with the latest os updates. but technically, I would hold off until you get further variables isolated.
also post as many specs as you can about your OS, adobe versions, effects used, so others can help you. I am walking completely in the dark here.

Is it just that project? that could give an indication if its just “that” project or a driver issue. You need to isolate the variables.

not to need to rush to the defense of a free program, but my template indead has an autodetect shadow filter as well.
and flicker can come from clouds, the only difference is clouds are just slower about doing it(ie. timelapse), that’s why RE:deflicker works. -

does premiere open ok at startup then crash when project loads?
any other projects load?1. open project in another project and import sequence
2. software renderer/cuda
3. delete preferences
4. does it work if you save it and open it again in macbook?
5. is it video codec related? -
if its being judged, are they downloading it first or or are streaming it? you better find that out. if its a simple streaming link, your video may go viral a lot easier than if you have a hidden download link somewhere on a ftp server.
just a thought if they are all being streamed. (i don’t know)
every second it takes downloading actually looks less professional in the streaming universe. in youtube, you can instantly stream 720 HD -1080p video for example. h.264 is your friend and can look quite nice as you’ve seen. ” test run on a small cinema screen (maybe 2m high) also looked fine. ” that says its all to me. you’ve already tested it, you’re way above your peers in that regard. the colors should look good on a similar playback device. -
