If something as simple as that, doesn’t work I’m not going to try anything else. I wanted to stay with CS3 Maybe I should scratch things together and upgrade.

I want to assign a variable on the Red Circle for the Blue Circle and removing the space continues After Effects to fire back an error:

Yes, rebuild from scratch. If someone has both CS3 and CS4 then the conversion would be easy.

That was an original thread, I had started not too long ago.
I tried that method and I was unable to get it to work. Which is why I’m asking if anyone has both versions I could send the file they could do the changes in CS3 (it probably wouldn’t take long at all) then save it and send it to me in CS3 format.

Hello, Steve. What editor are you using to view the After Effects File ? I’ve tried notepad in Windows and Notepad++ and I don’t know where to cut, here is what my code looks like, maybe you can tell me.

I was helped, by using a variable slider to control the offset. I can’t recall how it was done, but if you want I can offer some routes to follow ?
