  • Hey Kevin thanks again,

Now I am unable to update my software for some reason…and ways around this?

  • 7.0.0 to be exact.

  • Hey Kevin,

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC and have not done any crazy updates yet.

After I moved my files from my iMac to my external HD, things just got wacky on the timeline and I have no idea why.

    GUYS HELP HELP HEEELLPP!!!!!!

I have a similar problem! I was editing a video, cutting clips together, THEN I choose to put in an audio file (an mp3 of a song downloaded from limewire to be exact) then this is when all hell broke loose!

Basically, I tried to RENDER the project with the cut clips, and added audio file…but when I did, it pretty much didnt work, froze for a bit, then said “File Error” or something.

Next, I couldnt remove my hard drive (or scratch drive I had plugged in) safely, so I restarted my mac, and just when it shut off I quickly removed my drive.

NOW, I tried to open the project and it says “MEDIA OFFLINE” for about 98% of all the files.

Then, I tried to just simply open up the drive on Finder, and it says there is 0 FILES!!! Its still on there, just not being shown

    :S

what the heck is going on!?

THIS HAS HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE with me actually, and it randomly decided to kick in again one day and work again.

Does anyone know why this problem happened? What must have caused it? and what can I do to fix it!?!

    PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much!
