They all have an fps of 29.97, but 9 of them have an aspect ratio of 1440 x 1080 (1.3333), and the other 25 have an aspect ratio of 1920 x 1080 (1.0).”

No offense to you.Pick the one you will use the most of, make that your sequence settings.
The 1440 x 1080 is a thin raster 1080 which is the same as the 1920 x 1080 that you have when editing so, you really have:1080i/60i
and
720p/24pGo with a 1080i/60i sequence, so grab a 1920 x 1080 clip and drop that on the make new sequence to match icon, run with that one.

Seeing those stills makes me think of:
CMYK color?
index color?
.gif files?All of which should be converted to:
RGB
The video though? What was it shot on?

Find the same time on each and line em up.
You find it easier to put ALL clips in the sequence to start.
Track 1 the continuous footage.
Track 2 the multi clips from start/stop.
Line up the time-codes on all clips.Then, slice and dice for your edit.

Not true if one cam ran the whole time and one cam was start and stop as indicated in the original post. This is why I asked about “Time of Day” time-code which is what you should use in this case.
