  • Right, which is what I’ve been attempting for the last few hours.

    But it’s strange that I would have to fight the keyer like that. It’s almost as if it is adding pixels from the matte to the fringe area. So it’s only visible when compositing white foreground and white background.

    Thanks for your help. Maybe someone at Red Giant will have an idea or two as well.

  • It was pretty well lit, yes. The footage is in a 16bit comp. I also tried 32 bit float.

  • Basically the same thing, only greener. This sample is without any of the correction applied as well.

    Definitely a monkey! I’ve got the Kona LHe in a G5 Quad, Huge drive, and fibre channel. It has issues, however. It won’t boot without flashing the PRAM – we think it might be a videocard thing. The output for some reason is not as clean as it should be, especially with moving text. If there’s anybody else out there with ideas or who are in the same pain, let me know.
