this is the workflow i am using, but cinema 4d is still running extremely slow. Is the way i should be creating my slicing in illustrator and then importing into cinema 4d in order to get the effect i am after. i am going to animate alternating blocks sliding in and out of the structure.

This is a projection of 3d artowrk onto a building, really not concerned with the trackin of the camera seen. On the screen it seems that their animation is playing back in real time and projected through the projectors. is this possible in cinema 4d. is there a way to output the animation playback directly to a projector without rendering it to some sort of file. i do agree that the animation has been rendered and then used as materials. that is what it seems. any help is greatly appreciated.
