I just wanted to add what I found that fixed this for me for anyone searching google.

I was in the flowchart section and I clicked on the DVD icon. In there
I noticed the Title button settings was different than the first screen I wanted.

I changed that and it worked from there when I did a rebuild to folder.
I suspect different devices use different methods to get to the first screen.
