thanks for your advice Steve! much appreciated! So far, I’ve battled all the issues by myself, but knowing this forum and some great people in it is very comforting!

I have another question but I guess it requires a new topic so I’ll go start one.

Thanks a lot Steve, bad news for me I guess. Oh well, one more reason to start thinking about FCP!

I do not have a velocity option under insert envelope (only two options- composite level and fade to color), secondly I have ran a help search for ‘velocity’ and found no topics. I am using sony vegas hd platinum 10. any futher clues? thanks
