Hi Tim, I think I can help you with that problem.
For the ‘First Play settings, the End Action should read ‘Menu-Start’. The same applies for the Remote Control settings or the disc won’t play past the First Start file, especially for BluRay although the same applies for DVD.

I did have this problem and took me a while to find a solution but the above did work for me and no problems since.
