Yeah the scale input is all set and in general the picture is much better than i’d hoped for being an uprez and all.

A wee bit more investigation into the audio seems to indicate that the drift ebbs in and out, though that may just be the lipsync on the master.

I’ve dropped matrox a line, hopefully hear back, until then I have resolved myself to ingest the whole thing in 10 minute chunks.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

I’ve got the FCS 2 install DVDs boxed so thats not to much of a problem. My main worry is tracking down all the installers for the plugins. Thankfully I think the vast majority are FXFactory based, so I am hoping they wont be too much of a hassle. But there’s a handful of them that all had individual installers and serial numbers. These might be more problematic.

Well… A few phone calls later and I’ve got my answers.

YES a change of logic board will prompt for a legit request for the serials..

Also.. my vendor in their “wisdom?” keeps the original serials ‘on file’ and has just mailed me a copy of them. Seems like an odd system.. why not just keep a copy and trust me with the originals?
