Hi thanks for responding. When i import the video back into a video editing programme and go through it frame by frame there are no glitches. Do you think its just down to the latency of the player? If so, how is that fixed? Help woulld be much appreciated.

What’s the best format for output and smaller file size? Rendering in Quicktime doesn’t seem to allow rgb + alpha option. Am I missing something?
