Thanks for the response, what we have been doing as of recently was everything was interlaced but the footage was in 24p, meaning everything in premiere was interlaced lower field. Then for dvd we dynamic link it to encore and for web flv. But I started learning about progressive scan and am trying to apply it .

Does that mean im unable to use progressive scan? If so what cameras or parts do I need
