Thanks for the response, but for some reason the video of myself that actually has audio even after rendering it doesnt move fluidly and there isn’t any audio. But when I play the clip outside of after effects everything is fine, my movements are fluid and there is audio.

So, If I were to put my clip on a dvd or cd then it would playback fine on another computer or on a tv?

So basically what I am hearing is that by upgrading to after effects 7 pro, I would then have all of those effects?
