lol Yeah, that’s kinda the missing piece to that quest. You can mostly move around and select edits/trim via KB only, but it’d be nice to somehow move the little ball on the playhead up and down to target clips vertically. Feedback! 😉

There isn’t a KB only one yet. If you hover the pointer over a clip and press C it will select it without clicking on it, but there’s no way to use arrow keys or some other method that doesn’t require an additional mouse/trackpad move to target a clip. Send a feedback request to add to the list. 🙂

FWIW, Mine does. I do this from X (yes, u need X2Pro and EDL-X) all the time with no issues.

I’ve been going back and forth between Pr, X, and 7 literally at the same time (well, gotta quit 7 when X is running but anyway… ) I use the default KB layouts with a few customizations for each. To me, when mapping one NLE to another you lose a lot of the built in “goodness” of the software. Plus, not doing so prevents alzheimers. 🙂

Looks to me as if the OP is the publisher of that affect and looking for someone with Motion/fcPlug chops to port it for them…

I understand that, but I’ve had situations where installing new drivers – without first uninstalling the existing drivers – caused similar problems. Ministudio worked, X (and something else at the time, can’t remember) did not. Uninstall and reinstall fixed it. May not be the same as your issue but worth a try right? 🙂

Did you uninstall the BMD drivers before you installed the new version? If not, try that. There should be an uninstaller that gets put on your drive when you install them, just do a search. I’d try that first.. Uninstall, then reinstall the new drivers…
