I’m shooting a lot of GoPro footage and about 90% of it can be discarded. Using your technique it looks like I’d end up with a VEG file, but I’d still have the HUGE MOV file, most of which I don’t need. What I want is just the good stuff, but as a MOV file.

Why couldn’t you just select all and save it in Word?
