    This is an annoyance for me as well. I get the reasoning, but I wish we could turn this off. I still create ProRes proxy files for my DSLR shoots (Unfortunately, I don’t have Magic Bullet Grinder to do this for me), and the upgrade from CS5 to CS5.5 has now ruined my normal workflow.

    Any help… anyone?

  • I have re-rendered the DL clip in Premiere as well with the same issues. Most of the time, the DL works great… but going back through a few projects I’ve noticed some things are off, especially when masking/rotoscoping is done.

    I WISH I could get CS6. The company I work for has no intention of upgrading any time soon (we’re not even getting CS5.5 until Q1 2013!!! CS6 will be out almost a full year before we get the version before it! It’s been a very frustrating year…
