Actually, should I use the h.264 streaming Setting?
And how do I change the bit rate?

Well now I shot some footage at 12 and 60 fps on the 720p24pn setting, but I noticed it was very stroby at 12 fps and at 60 fps it was clean.
So once I import these shots in Final cut, I know you can change the frame rate for the 60fps, but for the 12fps what do I do so that it can play at 24 fps speed to give it that fast look?
What I did was just click on the shot and changed the speed from 100% to 200%, but is there another way?
