I do a lot of music videos, and some have ended up on MTV. The contract the label gave the producer or director will have the tech guidelines. You deliver to the label and they do the dupes and etc for the MTVs of the world. I know the audio is usually a -12db with peaks hitting zero.

It was done all within Motion… It’s not overdrive, either. Doing some searches I found something called light writer which is a QT element for Motion but I can’t find the effect where it’s incorporated. I’m not really looking for aged film look, more of a dirty energy. It’s for my music video reel. I know this is totally vague, thanks for trying to help.
