I forgot to mention that I chose Eagle b/c they can ship the Dell 24″ in 1 business day, as opposed to Dell, which told me I would have to wait 3 weeks until shipment.

I just ordered mine from Eagle Computer for $615.93, with free shipping. Just make sure you put in the promo code they specify to get the free ship option for ground.
