Thank you John for your answer. What I find so precious in this forum is the professionalism of its members ! I will try out the soft you advise. Meanwhile I have been given a hint about the Elecard studio converter which maybe could do the trick.
I will make attempts and see if it can help someone else.
Concerning the blackouts here in Paris they are rather rare but in winter not so rare as from the rest of the year !
