Yeah, that’s what I ended up doing. Tech support said that their server wasn’t recognizing our serial code for some reason so they are going to send a hard copy of the upgrade to us. Problem solved!

I am having a similar problem. When I try to enter the serial number, it gives this error “The serial number you entered is not valid. See the materials that came with your product for the correct serial number. Use uppercase letters when entering your serial number.”

The number is correct, the product is registered under that number. I’ve tried entering ones for zeroes and vice versa, I’ve double and triple checked that the numbers are correct and the letters are upper case and I still get the error message.

We do have it installed on a G4 lap top and the G5 workstation, could that be the problem? The two are never running at the same time but Final Cut on the G4 is updated to 5.14.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
