Yeah I’m still working on it. I was on another site where a few people gave me a work around using FCP. I haven’t tried it nor do I have a clue hoe this will solve my problem but I’ll let you know.

    Thanks

Well, I tried that and its starts the move smoother but the rest of the key frames are herky jerky across the screen and then it eases itself to a smooth stop.

So it fixes the start and stop but not the move along the way.
I guess I’ll have to try motion then.

    Thanks

Ok, cool thanks guys. If I can’t get it to work I’ll use motion. Its funny though that I’ve seen this in a FCP promo when I got the software and the guy in the promo was able to do it, anyway thanks for the help.

I think I have it now, I’ve been in the manual, and I seen so many settings over the last couple days that I think I’m starting to mix them up.

So the answer is that their should only be 3 option in system set up right? 1080i 59.94, 720, etc….

Then you pick which record format you want?

If I want to see 1080 p I would go to 1080 i, then select for example avc intra 100 24p. That would give me a 1080 24p clip or look, right?

OK Steve, I did notice a change when I used those 2 settings. Its funny that in the view finder it appears to slow down the image at 12 frames but its actually speeding it up.

I will play with them further and experiment. Is their something I’m missing though when it comes to the settings in the system setup section?

I only see the 3 I mentioned earlier, shouldn’t their be more options?
