Well, this happened to me a couple of times with a particular animation I was working on. I don’t know which step fixed the problem but heres what I did:

1. Quit all apps
2. Delete de AE cache folder from the finder
3. Clear media cache from within Ae preferences.
4. Disable Multiprocessing
5. Change the name of the fie (one time I just changed the name and it worked)
