I saw a video on Adobe After Effects there was a keyboard command, like Ctrl something Home and it moved to the beginning and eliminated gasp with one key command and moved the whole project “home” eliminating the gap in the beginning.

I wonder if Sony Vegas has a similar key command???

I’m having the same problem. I think what the OP is asking is that you can’t import one .vf file into your main project.
For example, I worked on a section as a seperate file and tried to put it back into my main timeline after I was done with it and it wouldn’t work.

nevermind, I found the “M” command! exactly what I wanted…

one other question… is there any way to do a note to yourself, like a marker on the timeline where you want to add fx later so it would be in effect, like a pop up note or post-it note or some way to mark just on the timeline something you want to come back to? Thanks
