I’ve been using both ATI 5870 and a Quadro 4800 and have not had any problems.

Found it under “Output Module Settings” when clicking on “Channels” drop down… ‘user error’

can you explain how to export with alfa channel in After Effects? I can seem to find that as an option. Thx
