    This was a great idea and definitely reduced the file size a little. My dilemma is that the intro/outro use some footage that doesn’t play at 10fps very well. I was unable to reduce the fps any further in Premiere, unless anyone has a workaround for that.

    Looks like they are stuck with a huge file for now. If anyone else has anymore to add, it would be greatly appreciated.

    I dropped the bit rate to 2 mbps. That was a little too small since there is some text on the screen… but even at 2 mbps it results in a 1.6 GB file.

    Well that’s embarrassing. It seems that was the problem after all. I just needed to move the camera a little forward. I could see through the geometry in my camera’s perspective, but when rendering it wouldn’t look through it.
