Powerpoint can play anything that can be played on their host machine – meaning if they have the quicktime player installed, it will play. The issue is how much power they have to play your movie, therefore what data rate to make your movie. Make a high quality quicktime using Sorenson 3 compression and also a smaller (file size) one. Give them both and see what plays best.
