    Anyone can help?
Now I have only the Titan Black installed in my 2010 2,66ghz 12 Core Macpro with 24GB RAM, Davinci is using the Titan Black on PCIe Slot 1 for both GUI and Processing. I’m only getting 5fps rendering and playback 1 node with Auto Color Correction. I’m using a DUAL SSD with a Sonnet Tempo Pro wich gives me almost 1GB /s read write speeds.

I really don’t understand why Resolve Lite is so slow! Could it be because I’m using the Lite version??

    Please help!!

Thats what I did a couple hours ago, but I only get 10fps playback speed of ungraded footage. Very slow for a Titan Black no?
What else could be crippling the speed?

If I put the GT120 and leave the GUI display connected to the Titan like it is right now, I get 24fps playback. Weird…

    Hi Juan,

I just installed my 2010 12 core 2.66ghz Macpro with a Titan Black and FSP Booster X5.
I’m only getting 10fps playback ungraded footage in Davinci Resolve Lite. When I install the GT120 in slot 2 of my Macpro and have the GUI display connected to the Titan Black, same playback of ungraded footage goes up to 24fps. Do you know why is this?

The problem is that when I have the 2 cards (Titan Black + GT120), if I connect the GUI Display to the Titan I get nice playback fps, and very slow GT120 processing. If I connect GUI display to GT120 I have slow playback fps (10fps for ungraded footage) and fast processing. And if I have just the Titan Black for GUI and Processing I still have slow fps playback (10fps for ungraded footage).

Do you know what am I doing wrong??

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Bruno

    hi
so lets say i get a blackmagic decklink HD extreme, previewing through HDMI, will I see the previews the same from final cut pro and color? or will they still look different? i really dont get it why only with a specific video card images look the same between those 2 applications. can anyone please explain?

    thank you so much

Thanks so much for your answer.
I dont really understand what you mean by standardised monitor. This display I have is a HIPS panel with progressive HD resolution (1920×1080). I calibrated it with a EyeOne hardware software calibrator with some very good color accuracy results. So why would 2 software packages part of the same bundle (final cut studio) using the same graphics card (ATI 2600 HD) and the same display, show the footage differently (Even the footage that is not graded)? Could they be matched using a LUT or something like that?

I’m also thinking of getting a Blackmagic HD Extreme video card with HDMI output which I could connect to this HP LP2475W (it has HDMI connection) im using. Would that solve this issue?

    Thanks again
